In-depth Look: Again, this episode isnt clear in my mindbut I'll do my best. Well, Catherine is all by herself this time, investigating the crash of a building that killed three elderly women. Apparently they were watching Wheel of Fortune or Jeopardy or something to that extent, and the building just fell down, and they died. I dont know- is that funny? Not funny butof all things! Anyways, Catherine notices that there are lots of F-16 fighter jets flying over the building, and the vibrations were one of the contribution factors for the accident.
Meanwhile, the rest of them team investigates a car jacking and homicide after rain has compromised the crime scene. Actually, this one was kind of complicated, and I dont remember how the team figured out what really happened, but Ill just explain the crim, because I dont know how they solved it. Theres a girl named Jessica Hall and shes in here early twenties. Previously, she was married a man named Justin Green, but the divorced. For the past two years, Jessica has been having an affair with married man, Kevin Shepard. Kevin wanted to end his marriage with his wife Amy, and have his mistress Jessica $35,000 to have it taken care of. So Jessica invests her money in her ex-husband Justin Green, who agrees to kill Amy. But, that little double-crosser! He informs Amy of the plan, and she ups the ante to $70,000 for Justin to kill her husband Kevin! So, on the night of the killing, all four parties are kind of lurking around, and the Shepards I think were coming from dinner. So, Justin comes out, and kills both of them (and intends to keep all the money!)Then, get this! He stabs his ex wife Jessica right in the liver! She crawls into the car and drives away, but before she can get to a hospital, she pulls off the road and dies. But eventually the team tracks Justin down and nails him. You know though, theres one great moment in this episode. The team find the car, and Grissom opens the drivers side door, only to have the body of Jessica fall out onto him! Hes so surprised! Its a great dialogue:
Grissom: "I haven't felt that in a while." Brass: "What's that?" Grissom: "The element of surprise."
Final Score: 5 /10 (I didn't like it, not especially memorable or great)
