Of course you do, and it's not to hard. You don't have to have fanfic published anywhere else or anything! Ok, so here are the steps!
Step One: Sit your butt down and write some fanfic!
Step Two: Once you have completed three stories, of a good legnth, or two really long stories or five really short stories, or however many you have, send them to csikatharine@hotmail.com
Step Three: Wait a couple days. I will read all your stories and most likely will notify you, and set up the page on my site! Congrats to you, thats all you have to do. So what are you waiting for, send in your stories!
